Generation Tux skips the measuring tape with new eTailor measuring system

Founded by George Zimmer in 2014, Generation Tux is an online tuxedo and suit rental platform that offers a selection of tuxedo and suit styles and over 200 color combinations. Zimmer believed that there were ways to capture accurate measurements and the right fit without the human error of hand measuringคำพูดจาก สล็อตเว็บตรง. The platform utilizes data points collected from previous customers on Generation Tux and its tailoring service, zTailor, to create a more seamless method for the measuring and fitting process. “Since I started measuring guys in 1973 the main problem in the accuracy of measuring men’s clothing is the tape measure; we have eliminated it. Our new algorithm is able to instantly predict measurements more accurately than a tailor,” said Generation Tux founder and CEO George Zimmer.

Thousands of measurements that were collected from customers were used to create a machine-learning algorithm based on a neural network that is designed to mimic the functions of the human brain. The algorithm predicts critical measurements within fractions of inches, and Generation Tux can do it at web scale. “Removing the tape measure is a giant leap forward in terms of speed and convenience,” said Brian Webb, Chief Technology Officer. “Our customers can now complete the entire rental process in under 5 minutes, anytime, anywhere, with Internet access as the only requirement.”
